Jenny Miller is a Manhattan-based journalist specializing in food and other lifestyle topics. Her work has appeared in Nymag.com, Ladies’ Home Journal, Citysearch and the New York Post and Austin American-Statesman newspapers, among others. She is increasingly focused on food and restaurant writing, blogging about the topic for Grub Street (New York Magazine), Fork in the Road(Village Voice), and the Feed (Time Out New York). She also has her own food blog, An Edible Education. Until 2008, Jenny lived in Austin, Texas, where she was a restaurant-news columnist and a regular lifestyle contributor to the Austin American-Statesman newspaper; she was also the style news columnist for the Statesman’s monthly magazine, Glossy. The Portland, Oregon, native has a degree in American Studies from Stanford University, and draws frequently on her knowledge of American cultural history in her journalistic work.
